The Heart of a Creative Spirit
A material meditation on the creative self: the bright red pulse of making held in tension with the weight, judgement and pressure that try to pull it down.
The heart makes. The world weighs. The work exists in the tension between the two.
In the installation, opposing red and black threads turn inner conflict into a field of force. Bright red carries passion and creative intensity; darker threads hold the negative imprints imposed from outside. Stones become physical metaphors for stagnation, judgement, pressure and doubt — making psychological weight literal.

one last scroll
Her closed eyes turn the scene inward. The posture feels like surrender, devotion and endurance at once: the imagined beloved, the ideal, the memory, the thing that has permanently rented a room in the mind. Even as the figure hardens into permanence, the world around her continues to bloom.
The result is less a portrait of sadness than a portrait of what longing leaves behind — not simply scars, but a bittersweet ache; evidence that waiting can transform a person, and that beauty can survive inside the transformation.
